CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. There is a 50% cancellation fee do cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your booked appointment time. NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% of service. There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals past 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to respect other clients’ time.
